ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1 General Provisions

1. The online store sells products via its website.

2. These regulations define the rules for using the store and placing orders.

3. The customer is obliged to read the regulations before making a purchase.

§2 Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. A condition for order fulfillment is providing correct contact and address details.

3. The sales agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed by the store.

§3 Prices and Payments

1. All prices are given in Polish Złoty (PLN).

2. The prices displayed on the website are gross prices.

3. The store reserves the right to change product prices, organize promotions, and withdraw products from its offer.

§4 Order Fulfillment

1. Orders are fulfilled after payment is credited or a cash-on-delivery order is placed.

2. The estimated delivery time is provided on the product page.

3. In exceptional circumstances, the delivery time may be extended, of which the customer will be informed.

§5 Withdrawal from the Contract

1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the store must be informed electronically.

3. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

§6 Complaints

1. The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the product.

2. Complaints should be sent to the store's email address.

3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

§7 Personal Data Protection

1. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and customer service.

2. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§8 Final Provisions

1. The store reserves the right to update the regulations.

2. For matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law shall apply.
